Digital delivery only

Elevation Media Agency sells digital products only. Nothing is physically shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

How you receive your files

• Instantly at checkout: When your payment is complete, a download link appears on your order confirmation page.
• By email: We also email the download link to the address you entered at checkout.

Files are delivered as PDF or ZIP downloads. ZIP files may need to be unzipped (extracted) on your device before you can open them.

If your download link doesn't arrive

1. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for the email from Elevation.
2. Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
3. Still nothing? Email us at front.desk@elevationmediaagency.org with your order number and the email used at checkout, and we'll send you a working link.

The same applies if a file won't open or is damaged. See our Refund Policy.
