1. Who we are

This store is operated by Elevation Media Agency, a business operating under an assumed name registered in Dallas County, Texas ("Elevation," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this store and to every product you download from it, whether paid or free. By placing an order or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or download our products.

The store is hosted on Shopify. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy are part of these Terms.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products only: Grok Bot build templates organized by industry, worksheets, kits, bundles, and free resources (together, the "Products"). Products are delivered as downloadable files (such as PDF or ZIP). Nothing is shipped physically. Your purchase includes the files as they exist when they are delivered to you.

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract, to buy from us. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

3. Your license

When you buy (or download a free) Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it as described below. You are buying a license to use the files, not ownership of them.

  • Industry templates. Each industry template is licensed for the industry named on its product page (its "Licensed Industry"). You may reuse it as many times as you like within that Licensed Industry, either for your own business or to build bots for your clients in that same industry.
  • Other industries. Using a template for a business or client outside its Licensed Industry requires buying the template for that industry.
  • Bundles and kits. Each template included in a bundle or kit carries its own Licensed Industry, and the rules above apply to each one separately.
  • Worksheets and free resources. These may be used for your own business and in your work with your clients.
  • Client deliverables. You may deliver to your clients the finished bot, configuration, or content you build with a Product. You may not hand over the Product files themselves.

4. What you may not do

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not:

  • resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the Product files, in whole or in part, whether original or modified;
  • share, upload, post, or distribute the files or your download links (for example on a website, marketplace, file-sharing service, shared drive, group, or course);
  • repackage the Products, or any substantial part of them, as your own template, kit, or product for sale or free distribution; or
  • remove copyright or ownership notices from the files.

If you breach these Terms, your license ends automatically, and you must stop using and delete the affected files. We may also refuse future orders.

5. Prices, payment, and delivery

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. A price change doesn't affect orders that have already been placed. Payment is taken at checkout. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a pricing error occurs or we suspect fraud. Delivery works as described in our Shipping Policy: an instant download link on the order confirmation page, plus an email.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. Because Products are delivered instantly as downloadable files, we do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered. If your file doesn't arrive, won't open, or is damaged, contact us at front.desk@elevationmediaagency.org and we will fix it or send you a working copy. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. No guaranteed results

The Products are tools and educational materials. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result from using them, including income, revenue, sales, leads, clients, website traffic, search engine rankings, or business growth. Any examples are illustrations only, not a prediction of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your own work, your market, and many factors outside our control.

8. AI output is your responsibility

The Products help you set up and configure AI bots. AI systems can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, biased, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving everything your bots produce or send, and for how you and your clients use that output. This includes making sure it is accurate and complies with the laws, regulations, professional rules, and platform terms that apply to your industry. Nothing in the Products is legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice.

9. Third-party services and trademarks

Elevation is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by xAI or Shopify. Grok Bot is a trademark of its owner, Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc., and all other trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use them only to describe what our Products work with. Third-party tools and services that the Products are designed for are governed by their own terms and pricing, can change without notice, and are outside our control. We are not responsible for their availability or changes, or for how they behave.

10. Intellectual property

The Products and all content in this store, including text, templates, prompts, worksheets, designs, and graphics, are owned by Elevation Media Agency or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the license in Section 3, no rights are transferred to you.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Apart from our commitment to replace files that don't arrive, won't open, or are damaged, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Products and this store are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Products will meet your requirements or will work with every version of any third-party service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevation Media Agency and its owner, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Products, this store, or output generated by any AI system, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Elevation Media Agency against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Products, or the bots and output you or your clients deploy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Products.
